STRATEGIC ACTION

1. Construction o the ASIAN Rural-Urban Development and Peace Institute (ARDEP) in collaboration with Academic Institutions that would initiate the establishment of a tertiary and post-graduate training system in the area.
2. Establishment of Micro-Credit facility utilizing the Dagyaw Credit System Appropriate to the upland / rural and urban needs.
3. Commodity pool of P15 Million in sales volume.
4. Institutionalized training courses with academic institutions in collaboration with ARDEP.
5. Social and incremental housing for both upland / rural and urban constituents.
6. Establishment and follow-through of agricultural oriented undertakings among farmers.
7. Establishment and follow-through of industry-based technology and enterprises among workers and urban poor families.
8. Strengthening and expansion of organized women organizations.
9. Strengthening and expansion of organized youth organizations i.e., Young Professionals in the field of Habitat Advocacy, Reproductive Health and Enterprise Development.
10. Professionalism of assisted associations and cooperatives' officers and staff.
11. Follow-through of leadership development among partner organizations and beneficiaries.
12. Building and expansion of financial reserves among assisted community-based associations supporting their viable economic undertakings.
